Due to factors such as increasing human population and climate change, food supply, nutrition technologies and delivering food to consumers have gained great importance today. With the Covid-19 epidemic disease, the importance of food transportation and food production has been realized again. For this reason, this conference focused on the changes and innovations in the field of  Gastronomy, Food and Nutrition.
